All researchers must sign a Use Agreement Form to use the archives. Researchers generally should be of high school age or older. All archives and manuscripts are non-circulating.

All original archival materials are housed in closed stacks. Researchers may not enter the stacks unless accompanied by the archivist.
Photocopies of the photograph collection, the hospitals various newsletters and the newspaper clipping file is available for browsing in the general stack area.
Use of certain archives and manuscripts is restricted. The Archives also reserves the right to restrict the use of records that are not arranged, and may provide facsimiles of very fragile materials.
